Salary: Band E, £17714 – £20253 per annum

Location: Beacon Park based

 You will provide a high profile, welcoming presence in parks, through visible site presence and supervision.  To undertake gardening, grounds maintenance and landscaping tasks, incorporating community involvement as part of these tasks.

Additionally, you will assist the Historic Parks Manager to ensure the effective management of the Historic Parks, producing a safe, clean, relaxing and friendly environment for visitors, plus helping the Community and Education Officer to deliver a range of activities and events.  To carry out general park-keeping duties, if needed.

Please be aware these positions operate on an annualised hours basis.  The weekly average is 37 hours with seasonal variations ranging from 29 in winter to 45 hours in summer.
